I went to Flatbush today.  Hubby's boss had emailed him and told him to be on-call (and then never called or emailed today.  Sigh.) so, I took the monkeybear with me.  He was AMAZING on the subway, which was great because I was most worried about the 1 hour subway ride but he was totally happy in the stroller eating and watching the world go by.

*My monkeybear is a really funny person.  His vocabulary is growing exponentially, but some words he can't pronounce, so he makes things up instead.  For example - chicken is "Duhdoo," and hummus is "Dubudin."  Is that good hummus?  "Dubudiiiiin." with a big smile.

*Last Tuesday night, Moo had the sick.  Luckily, the upset tummy has pretty much passed, but up until last night, he didn't want to eat, just wanted Mommy milk.  Since he is no longer and infant and can't nurse for 20 minutes and be full for 4 hours, he would nurse for 20 minutes...and then have to nurse again 20 minutes later.  All.night.long.   ( Read more... )
