More training historys

Back training again. Reworking the plan for the year. More weightlifting, more cycling, with a touch less yoga.

Started Crossfit this last week.

First Workout was on 3/6/08:

-Warm-up
2 rounds
-10 secs stretch each side
-10 x squat
-10 x arm swings
-10 x pushups
-10 x full range sit-ups
-10 x pull-ups

Work-Out
How many rounds in 15 mins.
15 air squats
5 shoulder press - 2x15# dumbells

I did 11 rounds in 14:20.
