Having not run a half marathon in 2 years, what do I do - Run 2 half marathons back to back. And all because of a silly challenge. :)

This year I participated in the Hartford Half Marathon again. Finished it in 3 hrs 13 mins. Good part was that this time around I didn't get injured (past two years I have got injured in this specific event), so, very pleased that I broke the curse (if you may call.. ;)). This year I participated in the Dragon Boat Festival as a rower for one of the boats under Community Division Racing representing the company I work for. We had a total of 63 boats participated as part of this race. All amateur teams who would have no more than 2 practices prior to the race and 90%of them are non-professional rowers. My bicycle was due for getting a tune up which I normally get it done at a local bike store near to my home. However this year, I ended up giving at one of the bigger sports stores.
