He seek for truth, he yearned for what really happened and why things are going this and that. But what if he is going further to what is already near to him? Is everything gone too late to change? Everyone is given curiosity and so will you open the box as well?

Chapter 25
"Discovery"
"I was hoping for your cooperation." Kei told Yuto as they talk to each other in the hot spring trip.
"Aren't you selfish?" Yuto asked him back.
"You think too? But I am always like this since before. I do things where I can get results that can satisfy me, I am so selfish aren't i?"
"Yeah so selfish that it hurts others feeling."
Yuto take a sip on the juice that he ordered as he remembered the conversation that he and Kei have in the hot spring. Since then he can't concentrate on things that he do because his actions bothered him a lot. He already arrived to the reunion, his old classmates conducted. He also bring his boyfriend Ashan who seems like getting well with the other person involved. He really didn't want to go but he think it was impolite to not see his old classmates now that they came from Hokkaido to Tokyo but he only planned to not stay long but by the look of the situation if seems like he need to spend time longer with everyone.
A girl with blond short hair came in from outside and told everyone that Kota already arrived. Kota was actually famous to girls in their class though he was not really a type who talk to them that much. He look by the door to sneak a look to Kota but to his surprised he also saw Kei standing behind him and greeting the girls that welcomed them.
"Who is this pretty guy with you?" one girl asked Kota as they went nearer to Yuto's seat.
"This is Kei Inoo, a friend of mine." Kota introduced to everyone. Kei smiled back and greeted everyone who are surrounding them. Kei and Yuto's eye met each other but Yuto immediately avert his eyes away. He was not expecting Kei to come but what bothers him is the fact that Kota and Kei hides the true relationship that they have. Why did Kota introduced Kei only as a friend of him when the two of them have a deeper relationship than that. Ashan sit down besides him and then drink the beer that he was holding all this time.
"Who was that pretty guy?" Ashan asked Yuto.
"Ashan, I think you should not drink anymore. Besides we decided that we will not stay longer here." Yuto told him.
"Huh? But this is enjoyable… Look, everyone likes me."
"That is not what we decided. I told you I will just come here to say hi to my old friends and after that we will go already. Stop drinking anymore."
Ashan glared at Yuto and then he slap his hand away from him. "I don't want to go. If you want to go then go… but I will stay besides… how can I go if there is a cute guy here." he muttered to himself as his eyes was set on Kei.
The girls let Kota and Kei sit down in the same sofa where Yuto was sitting down and drinking his juice. The other girls also sit down together with them as if they are enjoying the view. "Yuto, aren't you… going to greet Yabu?" one girl asked him. "Are things still awkward between the two of you?"
"Of course it was not. Like I told you… our break up was mutual and so… there is nothing to feel awkward." Yuto answered and then he smiled as he look at Kota. "It's nice to see you again. You too Inoo."
"You knew each other? This pretty guy?" another girl asked him.
"Yeah… I met him due to some circumstances."
"Good evening." Ashan interrupted their conversation. "I am Ashan and I am Yuto's boyfriend." he introduced but he was just looking at Kei.
"Boy friend huh…" Kota muttered while looking at Yuto secretly. "Nice meeting you. I am Kota Yabu." He introduced himself politely.
"Kota is Yuto's ex-boyfriend." one girl said all of a sudden making Ashan surprised with the sudden news. "Their break up was still a mystery to everyone and we really really wanted to hear what is the reason behind. You know that we enjoy seeing the two of you together so… why do you need to break up?"
Yuto stand up from the seat and grab Ashan's arms. "This is not something we should talk. We are here to enjoy and so… I guess we should do it instead of talking about past." he told them. "Ashan, you wanted to dance right?" he pulled Ashan together with him in the dance floor and they dance together with other girls who are enjoying the night. Kei and Kota are left together with other people who are in that seat. While Kei was drinking a juice, a girl in eyeglasses sit down besides him while Kota was being busy talking with some old friends.
"Kota change so much." she started as she drink her cocktail. "We are not really expecting him to come but now he arrived and he was more easy to talk to compare what he was before. Ahhh I'm Shida by the way, I am the class president of our class."
"Nice meeting you." Kei told her. "What kind of person Kota is when he is with everyone of you?"
"Well he was an outcast, not easy to approached, short tempered and always alone but he was always different when he was together with Yuto. He was like a tame animal besides him and that's the reason everyone like the relationship of those two. From what I heard those two are childhood friends. I don't know if you knew about his amnesia."
"I did, he told me about it."
"I think Yuto is the only one Yabu can remember from his past which means they are together longer. They really have a close connection to each other and so everyone was shocked when the two broke up and Yuto suddenly vanished from our school." Shida explained. "It was like a wrecked, not only to us but to Kota himself. It is really obvious that he was really in love with Yuto so much that when he was gone his life seems like turned upside down."
"I can understand what you are talking about." Kei replied back. "I saw it with my own eyes when those two officially broke up. Kota was really hurt by it."
"Can I asked what is your relationship with Kota? I mean… it's rare for him to have company except for Yuto."
"I am just a friend well… I have some matters making me closer to him but we are just friend."
"Whoever you are to him I think I thank you. I don't know but I feel like you are the reason behind his change. I am really worried about him going to Tokyo. If you heard about his relationship with his mother then maybe you can understand what I am talking about."
"I heard to him as well that things are not going well with his mother and him. I wonder why it was like that."
Shida smiled awkwardly as if she remembered something. She scratched her head and then smiled again to Kei. "It seems like I knew the answer to that." she whispered as if she was hesitant to tell the truth to Kei but in the end she decide to tell what she knew. The two excused themselves and went to a silent place where the two can be alone. "I know I should not spread this but… it seems like the two of you are close and so I'll tell you what I witnessed that day. No one knows about this but only me and…"
"What is it?" Kei asked her cutting her words in the middle.
Shida breathed deeply "In our first year in high school there was a Parent's meeting. As a class president I am ordered to help assisting them. That time Kota's mother came. After the meeting and I am on my way to get some box in the library I stumbled on her talking to a man and she was crying. I thought they were fighting and so when I was about to stop them she suddenly said 'I hate him. I hate that child.'" Shida told him and she paused for a moment since someone just walk passed them. She just continued when that man was away from them."'He was the reason why he died. The reason why he was now gone by my side. There's no way I will forgive him besides… he was an unwanted child.' that was the exact word that I heard from her mouth. I know Kota will be sad if he heard it and so… i… I keep it a secret all this years."
"Unwanted child?" Kei whispered.
"Yeah that was what I heard but I really didn't know what she meant by Kota being unwanted. But… the hate seems connected from the accident Kota was involved. I knew he was with his father that time but only Kota was alive and his father died."
They were still talking when one of the classmate came and called the two for a drink. Kei and Shida went and joined the group so that they will not looked suspicious but before that Kei promised to Shida that he will let it a secret too since Kota was his friend and he didn't want to hurt his feelings. Kei stand besides Kota and Ashan stand besides him purposely.
Everyone hold their drink up high and they toss it together and drink at the same time. After that the evening party continued. While the other continue to dance and sing, Kei and Kota are just sitting in the chair drinking and eating. Ashan suddenly sit down besides Kota and he looks like he was already drunk.
"I heard that you didn't do it to him." Ashan interrupted their peaceful time. "Yuto… your ex-boyfriend… what a coward."
"What are you talking about?" Kota asked him.
"Sex, what else. Men's pleasure."
"Then you did it with him?"
"No… actually I like too but he didn't like it. what a conservative guy. It's not like something will be gone if we did it." Ashan complained. "Ne, how about you pretty guy? Did you do it already? Having sex… if you want you can do it with me… just looking at your face I am aroused." he smirked but that suddenly vanished when Kota toss a drink on him making him wet on his upper garments. Ashan looked at Kota "Why did you do that?" he shouted with a bad mood.
"What did I do?" Kota asked him like nothing happened.
"Yo…you purposely did that!" he shouted again and now he was getting everyone's attention. Yuto approached the scene and saw that Ashan's clothes was wet.
"You're drunk Ashan, you stumbled on the glass and so it spilled over you." Kota acted and then he stand up. "If you want I lean you my clothes, I bring some extra. Let's go to the bathroom…together." he whispered and then he pulled Ashan together with him.
Yuto sit down besides Kei "Are you okay?" he asked him. "This place doesn't suit someone like you."
"But I think this place is great though honestly its hard to breathe."
"Should I accompany you outside?"
"Why don't you worry about yourself first. Are you really dating that guy? It seems like… he is not really compatible with you." Kei told him.
"Ashan is the first guy I met when I first came here in Tokyo. He help me searching for a boarding house and then help me back on my feet. Despite of his attitudes he was nice inside." Yuto explained but Kei was not convinced at all.

Kota knocked on the cubicle where Ashan was changing clothes. "Are you done asshole?" he asked him.
"Shut up! You really purposely did this aren't you?" he asked him back. he opened the door and then went straight to the mirror to check his hair and his face. "Do you have a problem with me?"
"The next time you said unnecessary stuffs I will not hesitate to punch you. Do you think I didn't noticed, you have an eye to Kei right?"
"Yeah? What if I am? He is cute and pretty… it's normal to a homo to hit someone like him besides what's your problem? He is your friend right? Just a friend, aren't you being so protective over him."
"You're dating Yuto already."
"Yeah I did but so what… I am not expecting anything from our relationship besides… I knew that… he was still in love with his ex-boyfreind." Ashan told him as he finally finished fixing his hair and glared at Kota. "He can't forget about you and it's irritating." he whispered on his before he exited the bathroom.

The two came back from the bathroom and then Kota was immediately pulled by his friends in the dance floor. Yuto was also pulled from where he was sitting down. Everyone was already drunk and they are really enjoying the night. The girls push Yuto and Kota together making them stand in front of each other. They dance a little and then after that a girl tap Kota's shoulder and smiled.
“I wanted the two of you to be back.” she said. “You are so in love with each other in our high school that it was so nice to see. I want that kind of relationship from the two of you to come back."
“Yeah… what’s gotten in the two of you that you decided to break up? Things are going well and here we are thinking that your relationship will last long. What’s gone wrong?” another asked.
“Let us not open this topic again.” Yuto told them.
“But it’s so… frustrating… why do you need to be with that guy Yuto? He looks weird and I know he is not good for you. Well… Kota is still available and so just break up with that guy and came back to him besides Kota likes you so much right? Right Kou? You are still in love with this guy right?”
Kota just look at YUto without saying anything and he was just standing there and not dancing at all.
“Come on Kou… tell him that you still love him.”
“Tell him…. tell him… tell him… tell him…” the girls keep on repeating but the two are not saying anything to each other at all.
Kei can see what was happening in the dance floor but he was just sitting there without doing anything when he saw Ashan already drunk coming to his direction. He sit besides him and not just besides him but very close to him that their body were touching each other. Kei move a little but then Ashan move as well.
“What the hell… those girls really fancy those two.” Ashan said. “Can’t they see that I am here and I am now dating that guy? By the way, who are you to that guy huh? Are you his boyfriend… I don’t believe that you are just a friend of him besides it seems like he is protecting you so much.”
“He is just a friend.” Kei replied back.
“Really? Then… you don’t mind if I hit on you?” Ashan asked as he put his right hand around Kei’s shoulder and drag him closer to him. Kei wanted to resists but Ashan was using his force for him not to able to escape. “You are my type after all… your pale white skin, your black curly hair and even your pouty lips… I like them.”
“Stop screwing around please… let me go.” Kei said as he tried to push himself away from Ashan but he pushed him on the cushion so that Kei will lay down his head and he is about to near his face towards Kei when all of a sudden someone grabbed Ashan from the collar and punched him on the face that made him lie on the floor.
“Don’t lay your dirty hand on my boyfriend.” Kota shouted angrily making everyone in the bar stop what they were doing. He helped Kei stand up from where he was lying down and he was also shocked with what Kota did to Ashan that he didn't know what to say. When he come to his senses, he was about to say something but Kota interrupted him by covering him with his jacket. Kota was looking at everyone of his friends and other customers inside. “You want me to tell the truth right?” Kota asked everyone. “Yuto and me is already over.” He answered. “When he broke up with me we are already over and now I am dating this guy and this guy is someone I wanted to live for the rest of my life.” he finally told the truth which leaves everyone stunned. He dragged Kei outside of the bar where Yuto followed them.
“Kou… I…I’m sorry about what Ashan did.” Yuto apologized. “Kei.. i…I’m sorry too."
Kota stop from walking and look back at Yuto “Yuto… you are a great guy and you don’t deserved that man. You should break up with him.” he told him and after that he and Kei walk away from that place while still holding Kei on his hand.
Kei can see Kota's expression from his position. He knew that he was mad and frustrated but he didn't want to end the party just like that. He pulled Kota's hand so that they will stop from walking.
“Kota… I…I’m fine already.” Kei said. “I mean, you can't go away just like that. This was a reunion of your former classmate and they are anticipating a good night. If you will just go just like that then this will not make the party end well. You should go back there and apologized for punching Ashan and for the commotion… I… I'll come too. I will apologized as well and then after that I'll go home but you can stay." He continued as he take off the jacket that is covering his head.
“Why didn’t you call my name?” Kota asked him.
“Huh?”
“Kei I am your boyfriend so why didn’t you called my name when that stupid asshole was harassing you? if I didn’t see that he pushed you on that couch are you going to just let him kiss you?” Kota asked furiously. “Why are you so afraid for them to know that we are already together? That we are dating?”
“I…it’s not like that…”
“Then what it is?”
“I… Yuto was there.”
“What about if he is there… me and Yuto is already over long time ago.”
“Kota, you just broke up. it doesn’t mean that your feelings for him already vanished at those months that passed by. I can see it… even you don't tell me I can see it. Yuto is still important to you, you care for him, you still think about him. I can understand that you can't forget about him that easily after all he is someone you knew before you met me and so… I… I don't want to be selfish. I don't want to bind you with my selfish desire… while you are with me I want the two of us to be happy and so… i… I'll let you do everything that you like and love without complain… without stopping you.” Kei answered.
As I hear Kei's reasoning, the answers to my questions suddenly comes to my mind on their own. This guy think that I am not really serious about him, that he is just a pass time for me after I broke up with Yuto. But it was a misunderstanding Kei… I think about it it's true that Yuto is important to me but my feelings for you weigh more than him. As of now, you are the most important person in my life. Only you and so… I want you to be selfish like I am. I want you to think that I should only be yours.
Kota immediately hug Kei tightly “Kei… can’t you even ones… think about your own self. Why do you need to care about other people first? Yuya, Ryo, HIkaru, Daiki and now even Yuto and even me. why do you need to burden yourself to the problem of others when you have your own self that you need to think of? I like the part of you being so nice with people but you should know when to stop. It’s unfair… it’s so unfair on your part.”
“Kota.” Kei called gently as he touch Kota’s face. “Nothing happened.” He continued. “I’m fine… I’m sorry that I made you worry.”
Kota grabbed on Kei's hand that was on his face and caress it with his cheeks.“It’s scaring me. I didn’t know that I am so in love with you already. I don’t know what will I do If you leave me behind. Please don’t leave me alone Kei… promise me.”

Suzanne was waiting for Kota to come back since it’s already late at night and he even didn’t message her when will he arrived. She went to Kota’s room to check if he is already there since he have a habit that he was already there but he is not saying. As she look at Kota’s room he is not still around but he saw a folder in Kota’s table that attracted her attention.
Eito Entertainment was written in front and when she opened it she saw a contract inside and there is already a signature of Kota inside. She let go of the folder and so all the papers that are inside it scattered on the floor and tears start to fall from her eyes. “Why are you doing this to me? Why are you doing this to me Kou?” she asked.

Yuto sit down besides Kei "Are you okay?" he asked him. "This place doesn't suit someone like you."
"But I think this place is great though honestly its hard to breathe."
"Should I accompany you outside?"
"Why don't you worry about yourself first. Are you really dating that guy? It seems like… he is not really compatible with you." Kei told him.
"Ashan is the first guy I met when I first came here in Tokyo. He help me searching for a boarding house and then help me back on my feet. Despite of his attitudes he was nice inside." Yuto explained but Kei was not convinced at all.

Kota knocked on the cubicle where Ashan was changing clothes. "Are you done asshole?" he asked him.
"Shut up! You really purposely did this aren't you?" he asked him back. he opened the door and then went straight to the mirror to check his hair and his face. "Do you have a problem with me?"
"The next time you said unnecessary stuffs I will not hesitate to punch you. Do you think I didn't noticed, you have an eye to Kei right?"
"Yeah? What if I am? He is cute and pretty… it's normal to a homo to hit someone like him besides what's your problem? He is your friend right? Just a friend, aren't you being so protective over him."
"You're dating Yuto already."
"Yeah I did but so what… I am not expecting anything from our relationship besides… I knew that… he was still in love with his ex-boyfreind." Ashan told him as he finally finished fixing his hair and glared at Kota. "He can't forget about you and it's irritating." he whispered on his before he exited the bathroom.

The two came back from the bathroom and then Kota was immediately pulled by his friends in the dance floor. Yuto was also pulled from where he was sitting down. Everyone was already drunk and they are really enjoying the night. The girls push Yuto and Kota together making them stand in front of each other. They dance a little and then after that a girl tap Kota's shoulder and smiled.
“I wanted the two of you to be back.” she said. “You are so in love with each other in our high school that it was so nice to see. I want that kind of relationship from the two of you to come back."
“Yeah… what’s gotten in the two of you that you decided to break up? Things are going well and here we are thinking that your relationship will last long. What’s gone wrong?” another asked.
“Let us not open this topic again.” Yuto told them.
“But it’s so… frustrating… why do you need to be with that guy Yuto? He looks weird and I know he is not good for you. Well… Kota is still available and so just break up with that guy and came back to him besides Kota likes you so much right? Right Kou? You are still in love with this guy right?”
Kota just look at YUto without saying anything and he was just standing there and not dancing at all.
“Come on Kou… tell him that you still love him.”
“Tell him…. tell him… tell him… tell him…” the girls keep on repeating but the two are not saying anything to each other at all.
Kei can see what was happening in the dance floor but he was just sitting there without doing anything when he saw Ashan already drunk coming to his direction. He sit besides him and not just besides him but very close to him that their body were touching each other. Kei move a little but then Ashan move as well.
“What the hell… those girls really fancy those two.” Ashan said. “Can’t they see that I am here and I am now dating that guy? By the way, who are you to that guy huh? Are you his boyfriend… I don’t believe that you are just a friend of him besides it seems like he is protecting you so much.”
“He is just a friend.” Kei replied back.
“Really? Then… you don’t mind if I hit on you?” Ashan asked as he put his right hand around Kei’s shoulder and drag him closer to him. Kei wanted to resists but Ashan was using his force for him not to able to escape. “You are my type after all… your pale white skin, your black curly hair and even your pouty lips… I like them.”
“Stop screwing around please… let me go.” Kei said as he tried to push himself away from Ashan but he pushed him on the cushion so that Kei will lay down his head and he is about to near his face towards Kei when all of a sudden someone grabbed Ashan from the collar and punched him on the face that made him lie on the floor.
“Don’t lay your dirty hand on my boyfriend.” Kota shouted angrily making everyone in the bar stop what they were doing. He helped Kei stand up from where he was lying down and he was also shocked with what Kota did to Ashan that he didn't know what to say. When he come to his senses, he was about to say something but Kota interrupted him by covering him with his jacket. Kota was looking at everyone of his friends and other customers inside. “You want me to tell the truth right?” Kota asked everyone. “Yuto and me is already over.” He answered. “When he broke up with me we are already over and now I am dating this guy and this guy is someone I wanted to live for the rest of my life.” he finally told the truth which leaves everyone stunned. He dragged Kei outside of the bar where Yuto followed them.
“Kou… I…I’m sorry about what Ashan did.” Yuto apologized. “Kei.. i…I’m sorry too."
Kota stop from walking and look back at Yuto “Yuto… you are a great guy and you don’t deserved that man. You should break up with him.” he told him and after that he and Kei walk away from that place while still holding Kei on his hand.
Kei can see Kota's expression from his position. He knew that he was mad and frustrated but he didn't want to end the party just like that. He pulled Kota's hand so that they will stop from walking.
“Kota… I…I’m fine already.” Kei said. “I mean, you can't go away just like that. This was a reunion of your former classmate and they are anticipating a good night. If you will just go just like that then this will not make the party end well. You should go back there and apologized for punching Ashan and for the commotion… I… I'll come too. I will apologized as well and then after that I'll go home but you can stay." He continued as he take off the jacket that is covering his head.
“Why didn’t you call my name?” Kota asked him.
“Huh?”
“Kei I am your boyfriend so why didn’t you called my name when that stupid asshole was harassing you? if I didn’t see that he pushed you on that couch are you going to just let him kiss you?” Kota asked furiously. “Why are you so afraid for them to know that we are already together? That we are dating?”
“I…it’s not like that…”
“Then what it is?”
“I… Yuto was there.”
“What about if he is there… me and Yuto is already over long time ago.”
“Kota, you just broke up. it doesn’t mean that your feelings for him already vanished at those months that passed by. I can see it… even you don't tell me I can see it. Yuto is still important to you, you care for him, you still think about him. I can understand that you can't forget about him that easily after all he is someone you knew before you met me and so… I… I don't want to be selfish. I don't want to bind you with my selfish desire… while you are with me I want the two of us to be happy and so… i… I'll let you do everything that you like and love without complain… without stopping you.” Kei answered.
As I hear Kei's reasoning, the answers to my questions suddenly comes to my mind on their own. This guy think that I am not really serious about him, that he is just a pass time for me after I broke up with Yuto. But it was a misunderstanding Kei… I think about it it's true that Yuto is important to me but my feelings for you weigh more than him. As of now, you are the most important person in my life. Only you and so… I want you to be selfish like I am. I want you to think that I should only be yours.
Kota immediately hug Kei tightly “Kei… can’t you even ones… think about your own self. Why do you need to care about other people first? Yuya, Ryo, HIkaru, Daiki and now even Yuto and even me. why do you need to burden yourself to the problem of others when you have your own self that you need to think of? I like the part of you being so nice with people but you should know when to stop. It’s unfair… it’s so unfair on your part.”
“Kota.” Kei called gently as he touch Kota’s face. “Nothing happened.” He continued. “I’m fine… I’m sorry that I made you worry.”
Kota grabbed on Kei's hand that was on his face and caress it with his cheeks.“It’s scaring me. I didn’t know that I am so in love with you already. I don’t know what will I do If you leave me behind. Please don’t leave me alone Kei… promise me.”

Suzanne was waiting for Kota to come back since it’s already late at night and he even didn’t message her when will he arrived. She went to Kota’s room to check if he is already there since he have a habit that he was already there but he is not saying. As she look at Kota’s room he is not still around but he saw a folder in Kota’s table that attracted her attention.
Eito Entertainment was written in front and when she opened it she saw a contract inside and there is already a signature of Kota inside. She let go of the folder and so all the papers that are inside it scattered on the floor and tears start to fall from her eyes. “Why are you doing this to me? Why are you doing this to me Kou?” she asked.
