Another day, another meme
Sucks not to drink alcohol sometimes. I don't actually mind it if I'm in a small group or something (and someone's been saying I got drunk at Anna's one time, which was news to me... I was just giddy. And singing, but with my fellow choristers. Shuddup) but in the big OMG TEH DRUNKENESS parties I feel so very much like Scrooge, brandishing my teetotalling holly at genial nephews as they stagger past.
Ah well, c'est la vie. Brother's band played at the party, and they were pretty good. The singer needs to get himself a decent tuning fork, but other than that they were cool. His current paper-round and girlfriend situations* mean that was basically the most I'd seen him all week 0_o
