I Got the Worm
Got up early again this morning. Gray rain again, of course. Went and voted. Played literati, chatted, fed the turtles, dawdled my way to work.
I like this getting-up-early thing. Today, I feel so charged with energy, get-it-done feelings. Tonight, I plan on finding a good spot to curl up in, get something hot to drink, and read the rest of the Cole Swensen materials.
Thinking, too, of moving my office space from the alcove off the kitchen and putting it in the front room, partitioning part off for a living area and the rest as a small office section. I need to create a space more conducive to reading and writing or I'll never really get any of my wordly work done.
I am going to try to avoid looking at the projections and updates about which man will spread his skirts and lower himself on this country ... .
