I have a urologist (don't worry, the post goes sharply uphill after this sentence). His name is Dr. Reginald Rector. What a shame, I thought, that he's not a proctologist. Then, when I got my bill, I found out that Reginald is his middle name. Sometimes instead of Reginald, he goes by his first initial, E.
I saw this billboard on the side of a building the other night (it was dark, and there was a bright streetlamp right under it but not illuminating it, which explains the poor quality). The text on the right side indicated that it was an ad for a Vegas casino. You tell me if that's what the image suggests to you:
