I know it will come as a shock to many of you, but swimming in the pool at the gym and swimming in the Columbia River are two VERY different horses of a different color. (Shocking!) Today's PodRunner Intervals upped the ante and I ran for 25 minutes this time. They let me slide the past two times by having me do 2 ten-minute intervals with a few breaks thrown in. But not today.
