However, elsewhere, holmestice has posted its Winter Solstice exchange reveal post which is very neatly arranged by canon, and has a gratifying number of 'gen' stories.
And I can now reveal that I wrote The Adventure of the Denver Boot for sazzat in response to her request for Victor Trevor/Holmes ACD canon. Other characters include Watson, Lord Blackwood, the Duke and Duchess of Denver and Lily Langtree. Hard R, 4000 words.
From which you will gather that I did not stick entirely to ACD canon. Or, indeed, to Holmes alone.
I'm planning on posting a slightly revised, longer version (with more Blackwood…) in due course.
