I've been sick with a cold all week and I thought it was finally going away. This morning I woke up with a really bad sore throat and a productive cough - which kind of fucks up my entire weekend. Yesterday was such a strange day.

jinxeddotcom & I went to work out mid-afternoon and afterwards we went back to my house so she could do a load of laundry. My mom made us spaghetti so we just sorta vegged out while watching TV.

A little while later, this sort-of friend whom I had never met came over to hang out. ( And.. )

Some awesome things that have happened lately:

+ I turned 23 on July 30th.
   + My family threw a birthday party.
   + jinxeddotcom came and brought awesome brownies and key lime pie.

With the exception of today, all of my days off from work for the past week (and for this week) have been big adventures. This is probably why I slept for about ten hours last night - but at least now I finally feel caught up.
