hunger scale: 3-6
lunch:
2 potato skins with cheese/bacon/etc peeled off
1/2 vegetable wrap
medium serving of french fries (felt small)
pickle slice
hunger scale: 3-8
early dinner:
miso soup
sushi roll (tempura vegetables, possibly non-vegan content, not sure) -- 8pcs.
