God heals!
Ok so tonight I realized again how totally awesome God is! He showed me to night how He first off, hears my prayers (something I already knew, but always great when those things you pray for come, and gives you hope for all of your other prayers!). Secondly, He totally heals, not only physical pains but also hearts, and broken friendships. To explain more in depth. I don't know if I have mentioned, but one friendship that had been kind of weird is now totally working itself out. I had been praying for this forever, because it was one of my closest friends I had, and things got mess up (my fault, but moving on) and I thought I lost his friendship. However God changed things.
Well, tonight I went to a birthday party for 2 of my friends. One of these friends, I feel done me wrong, and he really hurt me. However, I prayed and asked God to take away the hurt and bitterness I felt toward him, and He of course took that away, but it has still been awkward between us. Well, tonight it wasn't, it seemed like nothing had ever happened! And we laughed and joked with each other like the past, it was great! I really enjoyed the party. We went bowling and I had a 134 and a 147 or something like that (I know it was 140 something, just can't remember the last number). I also got to spend time with great friends, that I don't always get to hang out with anymore. Oh and this is random, but I got to take pictures tonight, and it has been a long while since I have done that! Boy do I miss photography!
God also protected another one of my friendships, Thank you Lord! And if you are reading this(you know who you are), thank you for not letting things get weird. Thank you for being a great friend, and being mature about the whole situation! You truly are one of my greatest friends.
If you are reading this and you think I have real friendship problems I really don't. It just isn't something I want to explain. And if you are thinking, man does she only hang out with guys I really don't. I do have a lot of guy friends, and I do tend to spend a lot of time with those guy friends, but I do have many gal pals too! And they are fantabulou ladies! By the way, I went on a road trip with 3 ladies this weekend to Lafayette, and it was great! We had a blast! Thanks for the shirt Carrie, I really do love it!
Oh! And tonight I bought a new journal to write all of my journal entries in from my mission trips. And it has the best quote on the front! So goes with the theme of the journal too! The cover also has a butterfly, hehehe I love them! I will leave you with the quote:
