woohoo!!! i graduated! it was lovely and i abstained from crying-- though i got a bit misty-eyed when emily was giving dean lowenthal the teaching award. the brianna and i think the girls behind us were drunk-- they didn't even know what cum laude meant, and they were very vocal about that fact anytime anyone graduated with honors. and guess who was the surprise guest?!

i was soooo excited!!! unfortunately i didn't get to see her and get a picture with her, but it was still so cool that she was at our graduation. even better, i think, than clinton and bush. ok... now time to go bask in the glory of this beautiful day and go take a nap in the park.
