Life-in-brief is fun.
1) This whole four-day overnight retreat called Project Inclusion is stressing me out like no other, but I'm still somehow excited for it. Alison backed out so now it's just Patty and me from our school going to be with x number of high school kids learning to run a GSA. Should be interesting.
2) Tomorrow is my last full day of school this week and that is the weirdest feeling ever.
3) A proof copy of my book should arrive between Friday and December 29. (I don't understand the weird time frame, either.) I'm super stoked.
4) No lie; I almost put my hand through a glass window yesterday in the guidance office.
5) WHY DOES THE PAPER HAVE TO BE DUE THIS WEEK, AND WHY IS IT TAKING SO DAMN LONG FOR US TO FINISH?!
6) Midterms scare the living shit out of me. It's always my luck that the ones I do well on are the ones that don't mean anything when factored into the final semester grades.
7) I need sleep. I need to do math. I need I need I need.
8) Mom and I have pretty much stopped getting along, and I'm not sure how to fix that.
9) I'm in baking withdrawal. I feel like I should make a bazillion cookies as soon as I get home Sunday.
10) Life in brief isn't so brief this time. Oops.
11) I hate Coldplay and yet their blasted "Viva La Vida" song never ceases to leave my head anymore. EURGH.
