I hear the ticking of the clock...
I haven't been posting as much as I want to. Hrmm. =\
To be frank, it's hard to get into the posting mood when my life, at least in the love department, is in shambles. You're trying to think of what to post, anything else BUT that, but I end up thinking of it more.
Anyway. I just took the IELTS again because the validity of my last exam expired. Just took the Listening, Reading and Writing parts more than two hours ago, and the Speaking exam was last Thursday. After the Speaking test, Mum and I went off to Robinson's Galleria (where I had left my car because I don't know if there are nearby parking spaces at the Richmonde) and shopped. Two new dresses!
The hospital I'm working at is celebrating it's anniversary this month and there's a semi-formal dinner affair next week. The thing is, people wear casual-to-semi-formal because it isn't a strict dress code, so you see a lot of people in jeans and blouses or slacks and polo shirts. I, on the other hand, feel like wearing a dress, because aside from wanting to look good and feel good, it's the best 'revenge'. "I cannot believe he let go of that girl!" should be what people say. Haha.
Okay, to the point -- I want to wear a dress, but I feel like I'll be overdressed, one way or another. The only people who will/should wear a dress for the occasion are the service awardees and the important people. Oh, and the usherettes. But I'm just a mere spectator. So -- help me pick? I need something that people won't mistake as being too dressy, but doesn't scream as 'are you going clubbing?'
Okay, FIRST -- posing? Not my thing. I just stood there and took a photo. Hehe. ALSO, excuse the shoes. I just...didn't feel like taking out the others because I'd have to put them back and SO LAAAAZZYYY right now. XD
So really, suggestions on hair, accessories and shoes would be AWESOME. XD
Now I suddenly had the urge to talk about the horror of having a love life (which is now nonexistent), but the thought of having to tell it feels exhausting. Although I'd love to hear what you guys have to say, because you may think of it differently that I do.
Right, see, I just popped out to look at some Narnia actors news and the desire to talk about it is GONE. Hehehe.
Okay, I am off to download some photos then iconize the hell out of them. And catch up with Zettai Kareshi because I think it's over? And yet I am still on the fourth episode. Meep.
