Okay, I'm starting to feel the need for a beta. I'm not ready to commit yet though. But, I'd really love to hear other author's thoughts on betas beyond "they're great"! Like:

1. What do you look for in a beta? Or, does the beta find you?
2. Are most betas writers also, or just readers?
