Little Kitty Update.
Well he really isn't that "little" and kitty kinda signals "not old grumpybutt tomcat". But that title will just have to do *sticks out tongue*
His itches went away as good as the same day he got his shot at the vet and he seems to enjoy the rest. His woundspot is healing superfast and I'm hoping the rest of his fur will fill back in just as fast.
The old cleaninglady came round again today and for about half an hour another lady was here too and while we were having tea ofcourse Mickey enjoyed hanging around us. Then he made sure the cleaning went well by keeping an eye on Kirsten. I think he had fun today.
I should really get him a pethuman, he's definitely a more people cat. For now he'll just have to make do with my lap though. My old cats actually used to do a round through the room walking across everyone's lap before deciding which one was best that day. If they couldn't decide it wouldn't be unknown for us to shuffle a bit closer and one spreading out over our two laps.
Yes that is the type of catpeople we were and I still am.
Maybe Mickey would like that option too, after all he can spend 12 hours a day on a lap, I wouldn't mind sharing him. Though I must inform any new housemate my cat brings home that I would still cuddle the cat while on their lap. Cannot resist.
Now excuse me while I go take off my glasses and bury my face in fluffy kittybelly...
