Simple little recipe

I didn't feel like making a big fuss today so I just threw some stuff together. It turned out quite lovely so why not share, right?

To start with I fried two medium chickenbreasts with just plenty of pepper and salt and put them in a small ovendish. They were just colored on the outside not cooked through. Then I poored on some doublecream and added a sliced red onion and a sliced clove of garlic and put it in the oven for a while.

Not something I thought would give as much flavor as it did but somehow the chicken was tender and the white sauce had gotten something extra too. I'll be making that more often, the prep was next to nothing and I think it took half an hour in total with most of the time spend by me behind the tv.

Always a good way to cook.
