ADORABLE JUNHWAN ASIDE, I really liked the yunjundong -- in my mind they're a lot more dysfunctional than golden trio (who pretty much complete each other) but at the end of the day they're still close? Like “why are you guys in my house?” junhwe asks, narrowing his eyes as the realization dawns that he never let them into his house this familiarity!!! And donghyuk crouching in the bushes lmao, so dramatic, I loved it. ALSO junhwe spending half the story plotting his friends' demise and then being all upset that double b are stealing them from him. So great. I mean this is pretty much a personal headcanon for me but the way you wrote them, I was nodding along the whole time.
“i can’t believe jinhwan is dating you.” i can’t believe jinhwan is best friends with you, junhwe doesn’t say. LOL BOBHWE. WOULD ANY JUNHWE-CENTRED FIC BE COMPLETE WITHOUT THIS DISCOMFORT?? I love how junhwe is on his Best ( ... )

yunjundong make the (second) best trio in ikon tbh!! i really love their dynamic it's always super fun to write and even more entertaining to watch (re: that one time they roomed together in the hotel). donGHYUK would so invite himself over without any announcement and junhwe would just grumble about it and yunhyeong would just follow along.
it isn't a true junhwe-centered fic without his discomfort with bobby. tbh junhwe could probably only manage his best behavior mode making a good impression on jinhwan's friends the first time. iM so glad you liked the yunhyeong/junhwe text convo. maybe im just a ~mind reader~

honestly it's so adorable!! i love junhwe's inner monologue in reference to jinhwan which is, SUSPICIOUSLY, very similar to your one. *squints* jk jk, honestly i think i'd be satisfied just reading 5k of junhwe waxing poetic about how cute jinhwan is and trying to comes to terms with his feelings, which is exactly what this fic is, with the added bonus of the best tropiest trope to ever trope ;; fake dating <3
omg i think i'll probably just end up... describing all these cute scenes back to you. i had cavities by the end of this fic, IT WAS SO ADORABLE. like just from the first "date", junhwe texting yunhyeong in a panic, and then being sucker punched by jinhwan on first sight. i just love the idea of junhwe becoming instantly smitten with jinhwan just from the very first meeting u___u this is my headcanon and no one can take it away from me. and just all the imagery of them cuddling, and kissing, and hand holding!!! why is it all so cute. “and it also means we have to be comfortable doing this,” ( ... )

honestly i just... love junhwan so much.... to an unhealthy extreme... they're so impossibly cute?? idk i feel like junhoe is just tripping over himself every time he's with jinhwan bc he's an awkward waddling four year old. u____u and ofc the thing i love about junhwan most is the ever snarky junhoe and his massive, massive soft spot for jinhwan. ;u; i'm grateful you decided to stick that in there hehe but i guess that's all junhwan really is??? really smitten little puppies;; one grumpy puppy and a tiny tiny little harmless one;; (wth is this analogy??) and fake dating au omg!!! this was all i really ever needed so thank you for this. :')) and everybody is hellbent on pestering junhwan and making dating profiles for them bc they would.

yunjundong friendship is love i feel like people don't pay as much attention to that as they do to 3kims but it's so adorable how they always needle at each other but mean well in the end YUNHYEONG'S LIKE HIS DAD TRYING TO THROW IN AS MANY DATING TIPS AS HE POSSIBLY CAN but ofc junhwe is lame af and messes up. but jinhwan loves him anyways it's all good.
