ADORABLE JUNHWAN ASIDE, I really liked the yunjundong -- in my mind they're a lot more dysfunctional than golden trio (who pretty much complete each other) but at the end of the day they're still close? Like “why are you guys in my house?” junhwe asks, narrowing his eyes as the realization dawns that he never let them into his house this familiarity!!! And donghyuk crouching in the bushes lmao, so dramatic, I loved it. ALSO junhwe spending half the story plotting his friends' demise and then being all upset that double b are stealing them from him. So great. I mean this is pretty much a personal headcanon for me but the way you wrote them, I was nodding along the whole time.
“i can’t believe jinhwan is dating you.” i can’t believe jinhwan is best friends with you, junhwe doesn’t say. LOL BOBHWE. WOULD ANY JUNHWE-CENTRED FIC BE COMPLETE WITHOUT THIS DISCOMFORT?? I love how junhwe is on his Best Behaviour because he's supposed to make a good impression on jinhwan's friends. Also how annoyed donghyuk is that he had to find out about junhwe dating jinhwan from yunhyeong, who found out from hanbin. Junhwe is such a hopeless communicator lmao, no one should expect anything of him u__u I've said this before but I absolutely love the text conversation between yunhyeong/junhwe because it's almost exactly how I envisioned things would go, I'm still trying to figure out how you did that.
I think my favourite part re: junhwan is when they kiss because they know donghyuk is watching, THE IMAGE. I swear this fic is one giant ball of glorious tropes, and I wouldn't have it any other way. All the comments below have already picked out the many things to love about your junhwan, so let me just add that I like how...guarded junhwe was about the whole relationship? Like he's pretty quick to come to the conclusion that he's "served his purpose" and “easier for you or for me?” he asks dryly, all the pain and hurt flaring up inside of him again. “you could have at least called or texted me,” he adds quietly. POOR JUNHWE ;__; But they make up in the end!! That's what matters.
tl;dr I loved this, please write more. I can't believe how concise your writing is, you managed to accomplish so much in just 5k, and it didn't even feel rushed! Please teach me how.

yunjundong make the (second) best trio in ikon tbh!! i really love their dynamic it's always super fun to write and even more entertaining to watch (re: that one time they roomed together in the hotel). donGHYUK would so invite himself over without any announcement and junhwe would just grumble about it and yunhyeong would just follow along.
it isn't a true junhwe-centered fic without his discomfort with bobby. tbh junhwe could probably only manage his best behavior mode making a good impression on jinhwan's friends the first time. iM so glad you liked the yunhyeong/junhwe text convo. maybe im just a ~mind reader~
uwu nothing better than junhwan kisses and donghyuk quietly shrieking in the bg (re: me shrieking in the bg). junhwan is so tropey and it's so fun and this blind date and fake dating only added more >__< yeah junhwe was probably so guarded about it bc jinhwan was the one who asked him to fake date in the first place!! but at least they're real dating by the end so all his teenage angst is Okay
i cant believe that this was only 5k either (i can't believe i actually managed to finish this at all actually...if it were up to me who knows when it would be finished). maybe its from sending all those tumblr asks uwu
