Anybody got an eye doctor they really like? I'm looking for someone who can do contacts as well as glasses prescriptions. (My old doctor's number has been disconnected.)

1. I'm looking for an eye shadow: a neutral buff/bisque color, but with pink undertones, not cream or brown; it shouldn't be straight matte, but it shouldn't be super-frosty either.
