Concrit meme?

So. I love concrit memes, I really do. They're useful, they're fun (as long as people remain civil to each other, which is not actually that hard) and they give me the chance to look at many other people's icons.
But we haven't had such a meme in a while and I'm wondering how to go about starting one. So, what do you say? How do these memes take off usually? Who starts them? When are we having a new one?
