September is here

It's Septeber now. I'm officially have gotten back on the weight loss wagon, I haven't had any soda, I don't have any pictures to show you, but my goal is 30 lbs by the end of the month. I had a delicious breakfast, 2 pieces of french toast, probably will only have one piece tomorrow) some stewed apples with some yogurt
, it was quite delicious if I do say so myself. turkey sammie with cucumbers for lunch, I had baked potato with left over Chili for dinner ( Chili was last nights left overs) but I've been eating off a small plate, no seconds. I try to keep from eating really late. so I'll probably snack on yogurt tonight with some cantaloupe if I'm hungry. I do plan to indulge a little on Sunday breakfast, with an egg sandwich ( I like mayo on those) with cheese and fried balogna. I was gonna go extreme and not eat a full meal to dinner ( meaning mainly fruit and yogurt the rest of the day) I may still do that
. Exercise will be crunches tonight ( 100 every night) and maybe some push ups, I really want my hula hoop so I'll probably just go buy another one since they aren't that expensive.
My confidence has slightly improved I've take some slightly risque photos but they're for a certain someone who must keep his hands on the keyboard when I'm talking to him LOL
I still have to work on the Udoli Para Para routine, I just don't have my ipod still which is keeping me from the Obscure routine and dancing of any kind in general.
I have a goal in mind for the UG
this ( not the hair and make) she's tiny and cute
I will make it there. I will reward myself with a new tattoo or piercing every 10 lbs I lose.
