So a small update

I've made some green tea, like a big ass bottle, with some healing springs water, sage. I've made a cinnamon cayenne pepper sugar to put in it, I measured out my sugar by how much I put in a my cup of tea. I come bearing some tips for weight loss:

Protein like chicken and fish fills you up and keeps you full for hours

Caffine will suppress an appetite, like tea and coffee :3

Don't snack while cooking

No seconds

eat on small dark plates

try eating with the opposite hand

sitting up straight burns calories

Drink herbal teas with splenda ( well I can't do that so I just use my sugar in moderation)

Here is a list of Negative Calorie foods ( this is a list based on fruits/veggies based on what I like )

Apple
Asparagus
Blueberries
Broccoli
Cabbage
Carrot
cucumber
honeydew
lemon/lime
lettuce
mango
orange
peach
pineapple
strawberries ( also helps boost metabolism)

watermelon

and here are a list of herbs to boost metabolism

Pansy Leaves

since I more or less started back on my diet this past week, I've lost two pounds, so far no working out, I know cardio is the fat burner, but I've no music to dance or run to ( silence bothers me when I walk/run) hopefully that will be here soon, I'm applying for jobs now, so I may not have too much time to work out ( could probably get away with it before or after work) I will be packing bentos to keep from giving in to temptations as far as lunch would be concerned or dinner. I really hope to get a mostly daytime shift. I do snack sometimes after 8 usually something small, at most it's yogurt. I think I'll have a boiled egg and a couple crackers tonight, well off for now, bai bai buu
