I've eaten out a total of 3 times in a month in a half, which is good, but I have like poor portion control at the moment which really fails, but I'm getting back on track, and forcing myself to eat differently, I don't have my special plate and bowl but we have plates and bowls that are about the same size. I not have my green tea ( I should've gotten some truvia or stevia to replace my sugar) I want to take a jog around my area, but I fear I'm gonna get lost
