So I made the mistake of stretching out in bed to take advantage of reading during a particularly loud summer thunderstorm after work and woke up five hours later.

Dangit, I had things I wanted to do today. Now to go scrape my contacts off my eyeballs and go back to sleep.

Update the Second:
Lunch was forgotten at home, got soaked getting to car, glasses fogged up on the highway, BUT I did find my thumb drive after a more thorough search of the back seat under my covered parking spot.

The day is definitely looking up.
