The front hedges have been chopped down to a point where they don't look like the house has been abandoned for years. Also raked under them and realized that an entire season's worth of fall leaves and pinecones had been pushed under by the wind. My aunt in Illinois called. My cousin just had her baby. Little Alex was born at 1:03 this morning, coming in at 6 lbs 3 oz and 19 inches long. According to Aunt K., he has a full head of dark hair and is actually kinda quiet for a baby. Cousin A. had a hard pregnancy with him, and she had to go into the hospital twice.
