Anybody have a good gingerbread recipe? I had a hankering for some (like the gingerbread house my sister had last year: crunchy and yummy). I found a recipe that resulted in extremely bitter, almost unbreakable bricks of the stuff. Yuck! Just finished baking Kit's Ultimate Fudgy Brownies for the party at Lunacon (see this post. And my variation, with white chocolate chips inside of semi-sweet chocolate chips, is about to come out of the oven.
