I went for a walk/run today and everything was horrible, but I think I'm going to try to do it semi-regularly. I mean, I crapped out about seven minutes early, but I like the app and the way it prompts me to change what I'm doing without having to look at it, so I'll keep using it even if it takes time to work up to what it seems to think is absolute entry level.
I then wheezed and coughed for about an hour afterwards, but that's nothing new; I've had exertive asthma since I was fourteen. I may be sore tomorrow, but that's what anti-inflammatories are for.

We woke up to snow everywhere yesterday; according to people up much earlier than us, it was between one and three inches. The kids at the school made snowmen a couple of feet high, and when I was out today I saw there are still balls of snow about soccer ball sized left on the grass even though today was about 8C and brilliantly clear and sunny.

I've been taking some pictures so I may do a photopost in the next few days.
