What I'm liking right now
I really think that the Joshua James album, "The Sun is Always Brighter" is going to quickly become one of my favorites. I especially like the song "Soul and the Sea". Folky/poppy/singersongwritery. Check it out. It also doesn't hurt that it's for sale at i-tunes for $6.99.
I've been reading my way through a variety of different books this summer, but have done a lot of the chick lit meets vampire novels. I read the next to the last two installments of Charlaine Harris' Southern Vampire series. (It looks like there's another one just out, so I'll have to put a hold on that at the library.) I also just finished "Undead and Unwed" by MaryJanice Davidson. VERY chick lit girl becomes a vampire. Fun read, and silly. I'm going to pick up the next in the series next time I'm at the library.
