Since I was at rehearsal, I didn't get to see what trick-or-treaters we had at home. I was told we got 10 kids. Owing to dad's diabetes, and that I already stopped eating candy, mom ended up getting Welch's fruit snacks, a 60-count box. We are less than one week from our fall concert. We were back to a relatively standard Halloween this year. No snow, like in 2019; no relative warmth, like in 2020. We also were back to having people come to the front door. October isn't October without us buying lots of candy and not giving most of it away.
