Just when you thought you were safe from the rain...
Dear Mother Nature,
We just spent, what, the past four days waiting and waiting for the cut-off low to spin away from us. It finally did! Yay! And while we knew there was another weather system coming, one that will bring a lowering of temps and a lot of wind--and, well, more rain--we were not expecting it quite so soon. It would have been really nice for it to have waited until, say, after rush hour tonight. Lunchtime? Not rush hour.
At least now you're bringing out the sun. We need to dry out a bit! C'mon, let's not make the lawn saturated...again.
