A Carmen Sandiego movie is apparently in the works, possibly slated for release sometime in 2006 or 2007. There has been no official cast or crew announced as of yet.

A guy got fired from the Coffee shop for sexual harasment. He seemed a nice guy. He acted familiar with females but I assumed that was because he knew them. He seemed to always tell girls they were pretty but it came off(at least to me) as sort of older(50's ish) guy just trying to be charming.
As it turns out he went a bit further than that. When he started working he told Valerie(Cool person, my friend at the shop, the one who probably got me hired) that she "made his pants tighter." She told him that it was crossing a line and that he shouldn't say that again to her or anyone else. Evidently he didn't stop. We found out because he said that to the landlords wife, this nice Indian lady. Ken and Valerie were discussing(it seemed Ken was trying to convince himself that is was Bob brought it upon himself, let us know Bob wasn't welcome here anymore, get our support, figure out damage control, and just talk about it because it was weird) and a Patroness heard a bit, didn't know they were talking about Bob and decided to use the fact that the subject was discussed to complain(complain is slightly to strong but I can't think of a word that better conveys my meaning) about Bob hitting on her everytime she went there.
I still don't quite get sexual harasment. A lot of people seemed to think that his hitting on younger ladies was wrong, but that if he was closer to his age range then it would have been okay. I don't get that. I understand the words but there seems to be no morality in it, just common personal preference. I get that lewd comments and repeatively hitting on someone is wrong but I don't see how age can enter into the equation in a moral sense.
This may come to nothing but I want to go to New York this summer. No real reason I'd just like to say that I've been, see the statue of liberty, maybe the empire state building, and wander around a bit. I want to take the train at least one way. I've never taken a train before and I think that if I'm not alone it would be a fun adventure, and if I am alone I can read.
The house is a mess and I've killed a plant by forgetting to water it. I've got 2 hours free to clean today.

Brian- Owner of the Business, seldom there, sometimes a jerk, I instinctively dislike him. 27ish
Ken- Brian's Father. He was charming before I started working here, may be slightly senile but might not be. Inexperienced at Running a Coffeshop but is the Manager now. 50ish
Nathan- Experienced Coffee shop person. Gave me the free drink way way back. 20ish
Mike- Experienced Coffee shop person. Gay. Blue-green hair that reminds me of Peacock feathers. 20ish. UTA Student
Amanda- Experienced Coffee shop person. Looks like Theresa(Girlfriend of Andrew) and has a Voice like Priya(my cousin) 25ish but young looking. UTa Student
Valerie- Current closest friend at the Coffee Shop. Experienced Coffee shop person. Has a young son named Julian. 26ish. Austin Resident Currently up here for the Summer.
Bob- Regular turned Employee. Made Sandwiches. Learned my name weeks before I permanently remembered his. May have known Ken. Fired for Sexual Harrasment.
Me- Your lovable Hero. Heir to the Seven Stones of Dargnor. Defender of the Universe and Prophesised Savior
That's it for Main Employees. There are others who might have quit and possibly some just hired.

Rasa Shaw - Pakistani kid raised American, 18ish. TCU student. His name keeps reminding me of Rakshasa. I may be spelling it wrong. Part of the group of highschool/former highschool kids.
Azure- Part of the group of highschool/former highschool kids. I met her and Rasa before meeting the others and us theuirs are the only names I know with confidence. Traded Music with her.
The group of highschool/former highschool kids - Haven't seen much of them lately, I don't know all their names. We played Uno a lot. 18-16 yrs old
Zoey - An interesting girl. My age. We've spent hours talking on occasion. I was fairly certain she was a lesbian and in a relationship but Valerie thinks she digs me. Valerie is probably wrong and basing her opinion on the fact that Zoey and I sometimes spend hours talking together, but she has cast some doubt in my mind. She has an amber ring.
Julian - Valeries 5 year old son. Cute, reminds me of Nick when Nick was younger and cuter.
There are more people, but I'm not confident I know their names.
I will be going to an "Indian Ocean" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Indian_Ocean_(band)) Concert with Julie today. The sample CD i was given was rather nice.
I guess I do angst here still but it doesn't bother me as much.
