I ordered Greg Stolze's newest game, Reign earlier today. I didn't want to but it's got its own runic language, and I couldn't resist. It uses the One Roll Engine, same as Monsters and Other Childish Things, which is a fantastic game. I ran it on monday and it went pretty well, with some wonderful monsters being created. Scrubs got steadily worse throughout season 5, and I thought it was going the same way as Family Guy (why didn't they just let it die with dignity?), but Scrubs season 6 has been pretty good, especially as we approach the end.

I just finished watching the Peter Jackson version of King Kong. It is not good. It is not bad, per se. It's got great production values, and I guess I don't have a problem with the acting. I don't really have much epic music. I'm not a big fan of huge sweeping, crashing orchestras. But after getting back from seeing 300, epic is what I need.
