My older sister got highlighted on a New England running scene website as a local runner who is running in the 2014 Boston Marathon (she's running the race for a 3rd time as a part of a charity group).  So it looks like that she will be sharing some bits of her training on their website as the marathon gets closer, or at least that is what it seems ( Read more... )
