As of Wednesday, Goofy and I will be married for 20 years. Normally, we would have our celebration (dinner at a nice restaurant) on that date. Goofy and I have both been fighting throat and ear infections, so we went to the doctor today for antibiotics and other medicines. Then, we came home and got into bed to take it e-a-s-y. The temperature here was over 100 degrees Fahrenheit. And our power went off at 4:11 this afternoon. And didn't come back until 10:15pm. And went out again by 10:30. And finally came back on again at midnight. If it goes out again, we'll all melt in our beds.

We're visiting my sister, who has a nine-year-old son, this weekend. We got here ridiculously late last night and will be leaving all too early (we're planning on leaving by ten) tomorrow, so we really only have today ( Read more... )
