The Once and Future hpthemes
I just read this post on harrydraco and panicked. It seems that the demise of del.icio.us has been announced, and there is a discussion there about how individuals can migrate their own del.icio.us link lists, etc.
The problem is a bit more major for us, as we have a whole community's input onto our lists, and things are cross-referenced like whoa. There are several sites that are also reported to do similar things.
I therefore put together the following poll. My hope had been to start with posting new themes at the beginning of the year. (As an aside, all three mods have had serious RL issues that have kept us from being in adequate contact with one another and has also made it hard for us to keep this comm functioning well-it's hard for one person to post themes, post reminders, and maintain both MasterLists, and I'm afraid that when two of us have been unavailable, the third generally hasn't had the energy to take on a full week on her own.)
So there are several levels of polling below the cut, regarding keeping this comm active, regarding leadership, and regarding the preservation of our work at del.icio.us. Please take a couple of minutes to fill this out.
