Kitten advice, please?

My friend Rob found two orphaned kittens in his barn. It's hard to tell their age, because they are underweight. They were screaming and covered in grime when he found them on Saturday. They have baby teeth, erect ears, and are mobile, but wobbly. I am concerned they may be dehydrated.

I am looking for advice on what to do to help them survive. I'm bottle-feeding them and, uh, helping them go to the bathroom. They have a water dish and one of them seems willing to eat wet kitten food. I'm going to bring them with me to school so I can feed them on time.

I can't afford to go to a regular vet. If anyone knows of a charity vet or shelter that might be willing to help me, please let me know.
