Ok.  Just entered a reservation for the third time on Softhotel.  Arrival tonight- we only have 2 rooms left so it is critical that this saves.  Saved reservation.  Go out of Softhotel and go back in.  Res still there.  Working on computer 2 here and poof!  Reservation on comp 1 vanishes.. Does anyone else get this once in a while?

You get a call, wake up call or res, and after you say your goodbyes, in various forms, they are still not hanging up the phone. If I dont do it first, sometimes I just wait and see how long they will hold it. And it takes forever.

I mean, wtf are you waiting for?? A secret message?
