Hi! My name is Theresa and I just joined Livejournal! I work for Marriott at one of there Reservations centers. This looks like a fun group!
First I do have a question for anyone that works
for Best Western Hotels. When someone calls for the AAA rate do you guys
require a AAA id at checkin? I had a lady who was not a AAA member but wanted
us to give it to her anyways and claimed that Best Western lets her use the AAA with
out any ID. I think the lady just wanted the lower rate.
