In a bad mood, need to vent...
...so here is a list of things that may be the reason people light others on fire:

Me: "Good afternoon Days Inn Fairmont, this is Jeremy, how may I help you?"
Customer: "Hey Jim, is this the Days Inn in Fairmont?"

If you want extra towels, that's perfectly fine, but do you really think it's appropriate for your mouth breathing ass to follow me into the house keeping room to get them? Back up, it's employees only buddy.

Customer: "Sir, that machine at my dollar."
Me: "I'm sorry, here is the money, i'll let the vending people know the machine isn't working correctly."
Customer: "Sir, that machine ate my dollar again."
Me:

The thing that grates me nerves probably the most is when it is around 3 pm, check in time, so people haven't arrived yet and we are sold out for whatever reason and people walk in asking for rooms:
Customer: "I need a room, bottom floor, non-smoking king, AAA, one night, AARP"
Me: "We are sold out, I am sorry."
Customer: "There are no cars in the lot! You have to have something.
Me:
and finally...
5. "Do your smoking rooms smell like smoke?"
AHHHHH!
