Today, I watched Family Guy in German. It was funny. I actually understood a little more than The Simpsons.
Spießig is a fun little word we learned about. It means several things at once, despite the dictionary meaning of bourgeois. In fact, that is a bad translation.
I've been trying to study for the West. Civ. midterm and German test, but both have been a bust. I've become very distracted as of late. I have a feeling I'm not going to do well on one of them.
And you know, come to think of it, I didn't have a very good spring semester last year, either.
