COP's Heart of Ohio ride was today. The Dots traditionally do most of the COP rides, but must have been put off by the weather forecast. I almost was, but decided to go anyway. Yesterday was the Fall HOOT, or Hear of Ohio Tour. I arrived in Carroll around 8:30 and met up with some friends. We got registered, received our maps, decided on the middle distance, and headed out.
