157. Dean in hell. I knoooow, there's tons of that already, but whatever. Vague or graphic, any rating, Dean on the rack, off the rack, with or without Alastair, or Castiel pulling him out. Just, you know, hell!art. There can never be enough, right?
158. Sam bathing Dean or cleaning him up while he's unconscious. Maybe because of a fever, or splatters of something nasty and poisonous? Gen and Sam/Dean is both fine.
159. I just want feverish!Dean. Anything where he’s visibly feverish, with pink-apple cheeks and bed-head and pretty, glassy eyes, looking kind of out of it. And maybe Sam’s hand is on his forehead, or Sam is looking worried while checking the thermometer he just took out of Dean’s mouth, or there’s fever-porn, idk. I love the nuture-y, caretaking stuff, and I love the other also. Any of those things would make me happy.

Something dark, evil, hurt, painful etc. I am a sucker for pain and suffering, post-hell (for both) images and demonic things. 181. In the rain or snow, Sam is wrapping Dean up in Sam’s own coat or holding his coat over Dean’s head as an umbrella, protecting him from the elements. Dean is for some reason wearing only a t-shirt/pants, and possibly even has bare feet. He looks SUPER-ANGSTY. No, I have no idea why this emo-est of scenarios would occur, but it would be prettyyyy.

182. Tween!Dean (11 or 12) and Wee!Sam have to get John into the Impala; he's killed the monster (whatever it is is up to the artist) but is too injured to move. The boys know they're going to have to salt and burn the x and then get their dad to a hospital somehow. A second monster appears and goes straight for Sam. Dean pulls out his knife and throws himself between the two.

185. Death takes Dean on full time as a reaper. Dean's Dean. There's a job. You do the job. Maybe he even enjoys it with a certain amount of flair - snappier clothes, bit of a gothic touch - who knows? But, when it's Lisa's body he's standing over and Lisa's soul looking at him with shock because she remembers, she knows, he maybe has to turn his head to hide that one perfect tear he does so well. (Could be fic, too, I suppose, but, yeah, I'd love to see this.)

The song itself strikes me as way too emo for Dean to listen to but I think it says things about him! Because he's all with the self-sacrificing, and the daddy issues, and the life-spinning-out-of-control-ness, and the loss.
I guess to make it into more of a prompt I'm thinking S7 Dean, all teary and feverish and losing it, and Sammeh loving him up PROPERLY, in a gen way or a slash way, in fic or in art or whatever form makes you happy.
187. So I would like to see Dean trying to negotiate life after suffering a severe facial disfigurement, either he was burnt or cut up or something. He would find things difficult after being so pretty and now people are looking at him for all the wrong reasons. Cue awesome Sam looking after him, giving him pep talks and calling out the starers. I'm mostly thinking of heartachy!Dean stargazing on the hood of the Impala and trying not to let the grief drown him. Awesome!Sammy always welcome, of course.
190. Art or fiction prompt. Whichever you prefer.
Dean has been held captive by -- something fugly, dunno -- for several months. By the time Sam wins him free, Dean has nearly starved to death; the critter and Dean's own ingenuity kept him alive, barely, but a diet of 98% water has left Dean skeletal. Very, very skinny Dean, and Sam introducing him to foods and liquids that won't just make him sick right away. Many bad jokes about skinny models from Dean; many unamused reactions from Sam. Timeline is wherever you like, although probably easier to make it early-ish. Even pre-series if you want. CLAIMED by embroiderama (fic)
191. I want to see Dean - teen or adult, don't care - with braces or a retainer or headgear. Some kind of orthodontia. But it makes his mouth hurt, and the stupid wires keep poking him, and now he talks funny, and he's self-conscious about how he looks with all that metal in his mouth. Headgear, especially, would be really embarrassing. Cue Sam (and/or John) bringing him soft foods and Tylenol and trying to get him to talk/smile again. Gen or Sam/Dean, but no daddy!cest please. Also, I'd take fic or art for this prompt.
192. Wincest. Dean's leg is still really sore after taking it out of the cast too early, so Sam gives him a massage. (Could be turned into a fic too IDC) CLAIMED by padaleckls (fic)
