Fic prompts :: Dean/Sam
141. Dean's numb. He's been through so much, seen so much, that he can't feel anything anymore. He's tried smiling through it, seeing past the pain, and now he sees and feels nothing. Sam & Dean have an established relationship, and Dean keeps pushing things just this side of too hard so he can feel. Sam doesn't realize it right away because Dean's always liked things on the rough side. It takes more and more to get him off, pain overcomes pleasure, and soon things are spiraling out of control. 142. Sam/Dean: Dean perfects the art of smiling through it, of looking fine when he's not. He gets so good at it, he can't even see through the facade which is why he believes Sam is full of shit when Dean's bleeding and literally broken and still refuses to quit. CLAIMED by l_niania
143. Dean gets cursed by a witch like in Stephen King's novel Thinner. Since we all know how much Dean loves food, he thinks it's kind of cool at first. When he whittles down to 120lbs, its not so cool anymore. Sam/Dean. CLAIMED by lexophilia

Dean overdoses by accident (or was it?)by combining painkillers and booze while recuperating from the broken leg in Rufus' cabin in 7.03 Sam finds him just barely in time and has to rush him to the hospital. Once he's stabilized, the doctors want him to go straight into drug/alcohol rehab, Sam has to decide what to do, Dean isn't helping at all by regressing into his teenage persona due to "alcohol-related psychosis.” Wincest version if at all possible.
145. Dean gets knocked out during a hunt, forcing Sam to carry him back to the Impala. Thing is, Dean's a whole lot lighter than he remembers. Back at the motel when Dean wakes up, Sam wants to know why he's not eating/lost weight, etc. Sam/Dean; Doesn't matter what season. Angst appreciated. CLAIMED by padaleckls

Dean hasn't been acting himself. It takes some awhile to figure it out be he traces it back to a town a few thousand miles ago. Dean came back to the motel beat to hell. Sam assumed it was a fight. Thinking back he remembers the first thing Dean did was take a shower and then want to hit the road. What really had set of his alarm bells was Dean tossing him the car keys and then crawling into the backseat with a pillow. He thought Dean needed a hospital, but his brother refused. A few months later the clues have all added up to something very different. He's pretty sure his brother was sexually assaulted. Dean doesn't go to the bars anymore and doesn't flirt, even with women. They've grown closer and Sam is very protective of him. I want a scene where they kiss (or more) maybe make out a bit but don't have full on sex. I want Sam to bring up his suspicion AFTER and make sure he tells Dean that its not his fault. Having just turned 40 Dean gets fed up with Sam teasing him about his age. He's going to show Sam just how much of an old man he is. Right: Not. One. Tiny. Bit. And boy, does he keep his word. He takes Sam like he hasn't in quite a while: Right up against the wall, even lifting Sam off of his feet, just like he knows Sam loves and just like he knows no one else ever managed to do for Sam as good as he could. And it's easily the best sex they've had in a long time. Besides, secretly Dean thinks, it's nice to prove to himself that he can still lift Sam like he could ten years ago.
Except then he throws his back out. And it's bad. Really bad.
Up to the author if Dean collapses right in the middle of them doing it, or if the pain sets in belated and Dean can't get out of bed the next day. Either way, cue grumpy-embarrassed!Dean and equally-amused-and-feeling-guilty!Sam. CLAIMED by verucasalt123

148. Since I am a terrible person and have also recently seen Ghost, have an angsty prompt. (no spoilers, just potentially triggery. If you saw the film, you'll know.)
Bad as it sounds, I want a story where Dean's dead. You heard me. I would like him to have a relationship with someone- Castiel, Gabriel or Balthazar preferably- and have him stick around to see what his absence does to his lover. If you can include some comic relief like in the film, with e.g. Pamela/Missouri who can hear him, that'd be lovely. But mostly I just want Dean to be around and watch, try to establish some contact with his boyfriend. Maybe his lover could also notice something: a brush across his cheek, a warm presence in the room, stuff like that. Sam as the brother left behind is a major plus, especially if Dean's boyfriend and Sam help each other through the grief. (whether the two of them eventually end up together too is completely up to author. I'm not at all picky on relationships or pairings- I just wanna see some grief!H/C. *grins* ) CLAIMED by hobnailedboots
149. Unrequited Dean/mannequin!Cas. Sam works in a clothes store for men. Dean is in love with the mannequin there. It may not seem like much, but I'm not talking about a crush. Dean is slightly obsessed with this creature; sometimes he visits Sam when he has late shifts, just so he can talk to the mannequin while his brother locks up shop. Every day when he comes to and from work, he has to stop to stare at the window for a while. He dreams of the mannequin at night, etc.
Basically, anything with depressed!obsessed!Dean and something that's not real. tho if you want to make Cas real, feel free. Go crazy with it! 8D
150. Something Gabe does to Dean while him and Sam are in TV land, Dean ends up sick as a dog. I'm thinking the hospital part gets ditched of the actors for a while until Dr Sexy (Gabe) needs them, as Dean gets worse. I'd like to think he gets chewed out for his stupid stunt by awesome brother Sam, and relents it was to teach them a lesson and to get back in their good books, helps get Dean on the mend. Maybe the episode is slightly French Mistake-ish in nature as it's being shown out to the real world, as a real eipsode of Dr Sexy. Something goes wrong with the Trickster's magick and the show becomes a bit of a hit. It becomes quite compelling; how will Dr G Sexy save the heroic Dean Winchester, etc. Maybe Dean reads fan mail in bed, (fans take that as him getting mail from family in the show), Sam at parts could happily throttle Gabriel but doesn't because the angel/trickster is genuinely sorry he got Dean in this position. He really didn't mean for it to turn out like this. Elevator action, and bedside manner highly encouraged.
Dean/Gabriel, or Sam/Gabriel pairings are very much on my dig list for this, but just Sam and Dean are brothers and nothing else for this one, please. ☺

151. Some tiny, vague spoilers for 6x21 if you haven't seen it.
Gen, Dean/Lisa. Current Season or sometime in the not-too-distant future (however many years is author choice)....
It's January and snowing and cold and all those nasty wintry things. Dean's badly wounded and he collapses in the woods following a hunt-gone-wrong. Maybe he manages to gank the fugly and is half-killed in the process or he's forced to retreat, I don't care... he's collapsed in the woods and bleeding out. For whatever reason Sam's not with him (maybe they got separated during the hunt or Sam's back at the motel... again, author's pick. I'm not particular about details) and Dean knows he's in a bad way. He manages to text his location despite his vision going all gray and spotty and his bloody hands slipping on the buttons/screen of his phone. But instead of sending the message to Sam, he accidentally sends it to Lisa - for some reason he's kept her number programmed all this time and maybe it's a slip of his finger or her name is alphabetically listed before Sam's. He notices the error right away and manages to resend it to Sam.
Fortunately (or unfortunately), Lisa has her phone on her when Dean sends the text and receives the message right away. She has no idea what it means and has no idea why "DEAN" is flashing on her phone. She doesn't know any Deans. Unless she counts that guy who hit her car a little more than six months ago, but why would her phone have his number programmed? - Alternatively, she could simply not recognize the strange number if the boys change SIM cards along with their phones. She deletes the message but she can't shake the feeling of something being so very, very, wrong so she calls the number back and he answers.
Despite not knowing who this guy is or where he is or why he sounds like he's dying and the ever-increasing sense of deja vu, she stays on the line with him (maybe for as long as a few hours - perhaps Dean is deep in the woods and it takes Sam a while to get there), unable to abandon him or let him feel alone, even when it goes scary-quiet on the other end with raspy, gurgling breathing, keeping up a gentle, babbling monologue when Dean can't talk, not caring about the cell phone charges because she feels like she has to and that she knows him somehow.
Of course when Sam gets there, he tells her it's okay to hang up and takes care of his brother (author is allowed to have some Gen Sam-caring-for-Dean if author likes).
Bonus points if Dean ends up in the hospital and Lisa goes to visit him because she needs to put a face to the voice/guy she spent three hours that night on the phone with. CLAIMED by kalymnos
152. Dean shows up at Lisa's door in 5.22 seriously injured. A fic about their lives together, Dean's dealing with a permanent injury, how he relates to Ben, missing Sam, his alcohol problem, etc. include any or all of these! Any type of injury is totally cool (damaged vision, leg injury [crutches!], hearing loss, etc)! Super major bonus points if Dean attends some sporting event of Ben's and the author addresses his meeting of the parents of other players (even more if Ben is embarrassed by Dean, but then feels guilty for feeling embarrassed).
153. Dean/Lisa. Dean finds out about Ben just as Lisa does (i.e., pregnancy.) He's the dad and wackiness ensues (or part sappiness, part hardships or whatever you want.) PS - It'd be extra great if Lisa meets Sam, John, (and even Bobby or Missouri or whoever else).
154. Dean/Lisa. After Sam dives into the pit at the end of Season 5 Castiel doesn't have the strength to heal Dean. Instead, he leaves Dean at a hospital and gets a message to Lisa that Dean's been badly injured and needs her help. For whatever reason, she shows up and takes him home when he's ready. I want some sort of permanent injury (blinded in one eye, brain injury, walks with a limp...don't care what, just some major HURT/comfort). CLAIMED by nwspaprtaxis
