Jared Padalecki is a menace and must be eliminated. WHO SAID HE COULLLDDD???

Also, hello. I know that that looks like. My student aide must wonder things about me when she sees what's on my screen on the way to the bathroom...

he's a huge threat to my productivity.

buttonhole porn, it's absolutely a thing. the cover must look quite suspect from afar... student aide no doubt thinks (knows) you're cool as fuck.

hE'S A HUGE EVERYTHING TO EVERYTHING

*cough* I'm okay.

My aide has often been made to suffer by my coolness. For example, last Thursday, I sent her on an errand all the way to the other campus so I could have a dance party in the empty office.

so much huge big thick. in fact, i just edited this to mention that earlier today i'd watched the drunk jared vid where he says he's too big to fit. stop that right now, god. haven't functioned properly ever since.

sometimes, one must suffer to show they really care. (in my head, you have the best taste in music.)

Jared is too big to fit? Well. I suspected, but I never thought to obtain confirmation. Where is this link where he says such things? I imagine we're taking out of context, BUT THAT'S OKAY OKAY. The other day I saw a gif where Dylan O'Brien appears to be legit saying "I also like dick" and I have SCOURED the intertubes for info where and when he said this. I've found nothing. But again, context might ruin it for me, so. You know. Cutie Pie also likes dick! Is what I'm taking from this.

P.S. Enjoy your birthday! I fully expected my recent birthday to feature an hourglass with a hole in the bottom, all the sand poured out into the festive gift bag, but for some reason I'm the only one I know who seriously considers giving these sorts of soul crushing gifts. They're soul crushing, but also humorous! For the person giving the gift. For the person receiving? Eh. Besides, when worst comes to worst, one can always claim the hourglass broke in the car foot-well on the way over. Plausible deniability for the lack of prison ( ... )

actually, not too much out of context. it starts with him talking about going into the tardis, and someone in the background yells something at him and he says, "that's what she... said" and giggles to himself, then says a bit later about how he's too big to fit. it's here, starts around the 28 minute mark: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VD8PcE1LLlk

and the dylan one is absolutely real. in fact, he says it 3 times. "i like dick. i also like dick. i also like dick." that one stemmed from being asked his favorite curse words, and he knew that was going to get put on tumblr as soon as he said he liked dick. and that's here (if you do want context, of course): http://obrosey.com/post/90418757398

thanks! hopefully it won't be as flat as i suspect. even when it's fun, it's not much fun. i love to have my soul crushed

jared's smile. those pink cheeks. that nose. we cannot be held responsible, bloody knuckles. not for anything. not ever.

thank you for recommending tampa. immediately downloaded. i told myself i'd read for five minutes then sweep the kitchen. an hour later, and the kitchen floor is still a mess.

so many july birthdays. (spoiler: i'm not so stoked for mine either. we'll make it through. we always make it through)

soul asylum ♥ ♥ ♥ can i be you? enjoy the show!

the pink kills me. i feel like he probably gets really flushed like that right before he comes.

i feel nothing but utter joy right now. isn't it wonderful? i admit, i was interested from the summary alone but the skeptical part of me thought it might be frou-frou telling of the story, not really going there with it. i was wrong. i'm also stunned i'd never heard of this when it was released. so good though. so wrong, but so so good.

what day is yours? i'm the 15th. holding (bloody) hands, yes, we'll make it ♥

you will be with me in my 90s loving heart

I just finished reading Mr. Mercedes, and I feel bad, because SK keeps writing the SAME stuff and I LURV it and devour it, and feel like a sheep, and I couldn't get through Dr. Sleep, which I suspect is probably actually something different and better.

Now I'm reading Gillian Flynn's Dark Places, which is twisted and suspenseful, and has not one single redeeming character in sight. I love it, but I'm a little nervous to get to the end because I liked her other Sharp Objects all the way through, and then after closing the book, realized that there was actually a lot that I didn't like about it. We'll see.

you absolutely mustn't feel bad. some things just aren't for everyone. i loved the fuck out of doctor sleep. i toted it around everywhere, slept with it, buckled it into the passenger seat in my car when i drove. i also ate-peed-slept joyland though, so i'm probably super biased with certain authors. i just love them to bits and they can do no wrong. mostly.

ohhhh interesting that you should say that. two of the e-books i currently have checked out are gone girl and dark places. i've started gone girl, but i'm not very far into it. i've heard really good things about the author though.

Hmmmm. Joyland is also sitting on my bedside table, a couple chapters read and not picked up again. Give me something about each of them to intrigue me. I usually plow through everything by him. Did I ever mention that I went to UMaine, and got a scholarship from him and his wife, so I got to meet them? Very cool people, and generous too.

OK, just put Joyland on my treadmill.

Also, just learned that while I am coordinated enough to walk and read at the same time, the same does not go for running. Definitely not while running.
