I will now confidently predict that pictures of Christine O'Donnell (especially 27-year-old Dirty Dancing-esque Christine O'Donnell) rapidly become a major feature of the bedroom walls of your more ironically-inclined fraternities and men's dorm rooms throughout the United States.

I guess I have housing on the brain a bit this week, but as I watch Bill Maher discussing Eric Massa on Countdown Without Keith Olbermann (rapidly becoming my favorite form of the show), it occurs to me to wonder: how much of the People's House is made up of closets?

Among the various arrant falsehoods and misconceptions uttered on national television tonight by John Yoo, I think the one that best explains it all was, speaking of the Department of Justice "I mean, that's our job-we are the President's lawyers." No, actually, you were supposed to be our lawyers. War criminal.

Not the first justice I expected to see go during this term, I have to say, but I guess being appointed by G.H.W.B. isn't as much of a "recent arrival" hallmark as it used to be... You know the part where you're saying you need to regain people's trust? I suggest that telling deliberate and easily proven lies about the major legislative accomplishment of the extremely popular President is not the best way to do that.
