Sinking Ship

I was reading a story (before my computer went and decided to be all selfish and dead) in which 09 Holmes and Watson are on a ship with some 'bad guys' and then the ship starts to sink and they start to get cold and wet. Last I saw of it, they'd just been spotted floating about by another ship and I'd rather like to see what happened to them.

Does anybody know of the story I'm talking about? I think the title included the word 'holes', but that might be more of a reflection upon my generally tattered mental state.
