Sinking Ship

I was reading a story (before my computer went and decided to be all selfish and dead) in which 09 Holmes and Watson are on a ship with some 'bad guys' and then the ship starts to sink and they start to get cold and wet. Last I saw of it, they'd just been spotted floating about by another ship and I'd rather like to see what happened to them
