So I am no longer in excruciating pain (knock on wood). I don't think I passed the stone yet, but I can't feel it moving anymore. And I haven't thrown up since about 1 in the morning or thereabouts. So I'm hoping this is over and I can go to work tonight. I really don't feel like throwing up again, especially when I'm on a call. -_-
